Lonnie Wheatley, WICHITA, Kan. (August 18, 2017) – The Fifth Annual USAC Southwest Sprint Cars “Freedom Tour” is back to a four-night affair with Park City’s 81 Speedway near Wichita, Kansas picking up the Saturday night finale after the originally scheduled event at Caney Valley Speedway fell victim to saturated grounds.

It will make for two full nights of action atop the 3/8-mile clay oval after hosting the third leg of “Freedom Tour” action on Friday night.

Saturday’s finale at 81 Speedway will offer up $2,000-to-win with $200 to start.   Racing action will get under way at 7:00 p.m.

81 Speedway is located north of Wichita, KS, on I-135 to Exit 16, then 0.7 miles west on 77th Street.   Track information is available at www.race81speedway.com or by calling the track at 316-755-1781.

Arizona’s Charles Davis, Jr., topped this week’s opening round of “Freedom Tour” competition at Little Rock’s I-30 Speedway on Wednesday night before hometown shoe Blake Hahn won Thursday’s leg at Creek County Speedway near Tulsa.
