Three Late Model Stock Car races this season have produced three different winners - Nick Smith, Greg Edwards and Danny Edwards Jr. If recent history holds true to form, this Saturday's event should yield the first repeat visitor to Victory Lane.
In both 2006 and 2007, the fourth Late Model race produced the year's first two-time winner - Greg Edwards in '06 and Danny Edwards Jr. in '07. With that early-season momentum on their side, both drivers went on to capture track championships.
