Passmore Captures First Career Auto & Metal Recycler U-Car Win

For Immediate Release – 6/25/11
 
(Asheboro, NC):  BJ Mackey continues to dominate victory lane in the Nascar Whelen All American Series ranks.  In the twin 50 lap events he brought home both victories for a total of 6 wins in 8 starts.  Travis Swaim of High Point, Dan Moore of Bear Creek, Brad Brinkley of Sanford and Ryan Rhodes of Sanford rounded out the first five finishers in the first twin.  In the second twin Macky, Rhodes, Swaim, Ryan Wilson of Randleman and Brinkley rounded out the top five finishers.
     In the Twin 25 Lap BK Auto Limited Late Model events Junior Kendrick of Thomasville captured the first twin.  Josh Lowder of Randleman, Paul Wark of Winston Salem, Tony Black of Lexington and Noah Triplett of Lexington rounded out the top five finishers.     In the second event Black took home the win.  Kendrick, Triplett, Daniel Beeson and Lowder rounded out the top five finishers.
     In the Twin 15 Lap Full Throttle Super Mini Truck events Glenn Chriscoe jr of Randleman took home the victory in the first feature.  Scottie York of Asheboro, Ray Chriscoe of Randleman, Bradley Gibby of Lexington and Ashley Black of Lexington rounded out the top five finishers.    In the second event York took home the win.  Chriscoe Jr, Gibby, David Wenhart of Randleman and Black rounded out the top five finishers.
     In the Auto & Metal Recycler U-Car event Victory lane welcomed a new winner of Trinity Nick Passmore.  Jimmy Cooper of Asheboro, Richard Jones of Trinity, Tommy Williams of Asheboro and Kyle Siler of Archdale rounded out the top five finishers.
    In the Legends event Keven Wood took home the win over Austin Thompson of Greensboro.  Luke Demis of High Point, Jake Cole and Casy Traxler rounded out the top five finishers.
     In the A Plus Auto Sales Street Stock Andrew Lain took home his first win of the season.  Jamie Ruddock of High Point, Steven Worthington of High Point, Randy Clark of High Point and Mark Glidewell of High Point rounded out the top five finishers.
     In the Bibs Downtown Mini Stock event John Davis of Lexington put an end to Andrew Sanders winning streak.  Michael Kitchin, Jeff Duncan and Zack Bralley rounded out the top five finishers.
     Coming up Friday July 1st the Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Tour will return for 150 laps of open wheeled action.  Also on hand will be the Sportsman, Bowman Gray Street Stocks, Bibs Downtown Mini Stocks, Full Throttle Super Mini Trucks and Auto & Metal Recyclers U-Cars.  The sky will also light up with a huge fireworks display.  Grandstand opens at 5pm and the racing action gets underway at 7pm.
